Adding APPS to iPhone, NEW and UPDATED..
Hi – I just took delivery of my iPhone 3Gs which I bought without contract from the Apple store. I used the work-around that was published on the web. Any idea, before I open it, if this phone will be locked to AT&T or not? If it is, is there any way to unlock it? Thanks in advance.

Many people out there offering advice on iphone related topics but you sir are the most knowledgeable person because all the advice given by you for unlocking and jail breaking have worked like a MAGIC CHARM. Now I have a problem I restored my iphone to factory settings, I’m in india, can i now unlock it or jail break it again. PLS HELP

Hey Sebastian, Thanks for everything you do for the iPhone and us clueless users! I had a question for you, I am trying to upgrade my iphone 3G to 3.1.2 (or 3.1.3) and it is unlocked right now and has cydia on it. I didnt unlock it and didnt know how it got unlocked and I want to upgrade…do you have any advice for me…I am overwhelmed and confused with all the blackra1n jargon and stuff. Anyway, if you could help that would be awesome! I am scared or perm locking it.
